Javier Loya is a Houston-based serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community leader whose visionary approach has left a lasting mark on both business and civic life.

As founder of OTC Global Holdings, he built the world’s largest independent interdealer brokerage, leading to its 2025 acquisition by BGC Group.

He now serves as Chairman of GETCHOICE!, a fast-growing national platform revolutionizing energy, telecom, and utility management. A Columbia University graduate and Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year,” Javier’s accolades span from national business honors to civic leadership roles.
